Delivery Areas

Direct online orders are available for customers in the United States and the United Arab Emirates. In France and Monaco, TCW Signature is available exclusively through our authorized retailers. Delivery to France is reserved for approved retail partners via our Reseller Space.

Returns

Each piece is made to order in small batches. Once production has started, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons (change of mind, sizing). Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Defective items: if your item has a manufacturing or printing defect, please contact our customer service within 5 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the defect. Returns will only be accepted after written approval from our team. Once approved, the item must be returned unused, unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging, to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. After receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, tights and socks cannot be returned.
