Shipping is available in France (FR), Monaco (MC), the United States (US), the United Kingdom (GB), the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and South Africa (ZA).

Returns

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or products made to the consumer's specifications. As our products are made to order, they are considered personalized goods. Once production has begun with our partners, no returns for personal reasons (change of mind, sizing issues) are possible.

Returns are accepted only in the case of a proven defect. For any return request related to a defect, photographic evidence of the defect will be required before validation. All requests must be submitted to our customer service department for validation. If the supplier accepts the return, the product must be returned within 7 calendar days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
