General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) - TCW Signature

 

1. Ethical Commitment and Slow Fashion

At TCW Signature, we have made the deliberate choice to use print-on-demand. This slow fashion method allows us to limit waste by only producing what is ordered. Each piece is created especially for you, thus reducing unnecessary stock and our environmental impact.

 

2. Ordering Process, Manufacturing, and Delivery Times

Thanks to our print-on-demand model, your item's journey unfolds in three stages: design, production, and delivery.

 

International Logistics: Our production partners have workshops in the United States and other regions of the world. This international organization means processing and shipping times are longer than with mass production. We prioritize the quality and durability of each piece.

 

Delivery: For customers, the delivery fee is €6.95, and delivery is free for orders over €150.

 

Between production and delivery, there may be a waiting period of 14 to 20 days.

Logistics Responsibility: TCW Signature cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure, customs services, or third-party carriers.

3. Transactions and Payments

You can make purchases directly on our website or via Instagram Shop.

Guarantee: You declare that you have the right to use the credit card provided during the transaction.

 

Commitment: You agree to pay all costs related to your order (price, shipping costs, and applicable taxes). Your payment information is shared with third parties to facilitate the transaction.

 

4. Exemption

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or products made to the consumer's specifications. As our products are made to order, they are considered personalized goods. Once production has begun with our partners, no returns for personal reasons (change of mind, sizing issues) are possible.

 

5. Return Policy (Defective Products) and Customs

Returns: Returns are accepted only in the case of a proven defect. For any return request related to a defect, photographic evidence of the defect will be required before validation. All requests must be submitted to our customer service department for validation. If the supplier accepts the return, the product must be returned within 7 calendar days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs: Customs duties may apply depending on the country and the amount, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Disputes and Applicable Law

All business relationships with TCW Signature are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the company's registered office, located in Geneva, Switzerland, will be the place of performance and exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
